We collected all of our interests and ideas for monastic practices that we might like to experiment with and drew up schedules to fall (daily, weekly, monthly). Tomorrow, we activate!

Notes from Morning Solo Creative Practice
Lit a candle, sat for 10 minutes, dedicated to the benefit of all beings, returning to the question “who am I?”
Drew a few petals of a plant for the remainder of an hour.
Wrote 5 minutes of gratitude.
Felt very aware of the birds singing.
